  Fantastic company. They installed my boiler 30+ years ago and have kept it going, quietly and efficiently ever since. The engineer (Jason) is a great guy who doesnt over-complicate, works fast and is completely honest, no upselling, pushing or mysterious things that suddenly need a vast amount of money hurling at them. If its bust, he fixes it; if its not were good.
  
  Ive found the same professionalism from their plumbers who have also done work for me. Its nice to have a local business that I can trust, knowing theyll turn up when expected and do a great job without any fuss. Nobody else is allowed in my boiler!

  What an incredibly unprofessional and rude bunch of i*****. Every time I give in my prescription I am questioned as to why I am taking these particular drugs. I understand that pharmacists need to ask certain questions but these are not what I am asked. You do not need to know if I have scans booked at the hospital, you do not need to know my diagnosis. Considering the fact that you cannot understand or spell my very common English name there is no chance in hell that you will understand my medical condition. Even after that, i have never been to pick up my prescription without it being lost. Them telling me that no prescription has been brough in. It is not until I insist they look again that they finally find it only to tell me I should come back later. Baring in mind I have already given them at minimum a day. No, come back later. "Ok well can I at least have what you have so far?" "No, come back tomorrow" erm...how about no? You can see from my script that I am in chronic pain. I cant wait days for my meds. But no, come back tomorrow, when I come back tomorrow, no come back later. As if Im being unreasonable. I understand you cant help it if youre out of stock, awaiting a delivery or whatever but how about an apology? How about manners? How about customer service? Or heres a thought...common freaking decency???
